Database & Entity System

Understand how Ouwangpu stores and connects your business data

Database & Entity System

Ouwangpu uses a unified entity system to store all your business data.

What Are Entities?

Entities are the building blocks of your business data:

  • **Customers** - People who buy from you
  • **Orders** - Purchases and transactions
  • **Bookings** - Appointments and reservations
  • **Services** - What you offer
  • **Products** - Physical or digital goods
  • **Invoices** - Payment records

Entity Relationships

Entities connect to each other:

  • A **Customer** places an **Order**
  • An **Order** generates an **Invoice**
  • A **Booking** is for a **Service**

These relationships are automatic based on your business logic.

The Data Explorer tab shows:

  • All entity types as cards
  • Record counts for each type
